4. Orders Orders can be placed directly on our website www.earthphotoprint.com or through our partner shops (currently Etsy, and soon Amazon). A confirmation email will be sent once the order is validated.

5. Payment We accept payments via the secure options provided by Etsy, including credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available based on your region. Payments via Amazon will be accepted once our shop is live on that platform.

6. Shipping Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered. Generally, orders are delivered within 4 to 5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. We ship worldwide, with shipping costs and delivery times varying by destination.

7. Returns and Exchanges If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for an exchange or a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
